Cosmic CRF Limited announced that its subsidiary, M/s. N.S. Engineering Projects Private Limited, has secured purchase orders totaling Rs 1234.10 Lakhs from Jai Balaji Industries Ltd., a Kolkata-based infrastructure and iron & steel industry customer. The order, for 1300.00 MT of fabricated MS steel items, is to be executed within two months and represents a domestic transaction at arm’s length, with no related party interest involved. The disclosure was made on October 26, 2026, in compliance with SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements.
