Banswara Syntex director Mehta to step down after completing his five-year term

Banswara Syntex Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd that Mr. Jagdeesh Mal Mehta, Non-Executive Independent Director, will vacate his office at the close of business hours on October 26, 2026, upon completion of his second consecutive term of five years, as approved at the company’s 45th Annual General Meeting.
