EMA India Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, October 30, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, as stipulated under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s trading window has been closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
