SM AUTO STAMPING LIMITED will hold a board meeting on November 3, 2026, to review the draft Internal Audit Report for the first and second quarters of the financial year 2026-27, approve revisions to the list of designated persons, and review a certificate issued by the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer for the half-year ended September 30, 2026, pursuant to Regulation 33(2)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
