Wealth First Portfolio Managers Limited announced it has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire up to 209,304 equity shares, representing 51.00% of Wealth First Advisors Private Limited, for a total consideration of approximately Rs 52.10 crore, to be paid partly in cash and partly through share swap. The company also approved the issuance and allotment of up to 136,575 equity shares at Rs 885.89 per share, aggregating to Rs 12.10 crore, to selling shareholders of Wealth First Advisors Private Limited, as part of the consideration.
