Laxmipati Engineering Works to review financial results at November board meeting

Laxmipati Engineering Works Limited will hold a board meeting on November 3, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, as mandated by Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the trading window for equity shares is closed for directors, officers, and designated employees from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
