Simultaneously, Fitch Ratings has assigned a rating of 'BB(EXP)' to Merritronix Ltd's proposed $50 million senior unsecured notes, with a negative outlook, and has also withdrawn its previous rating of 'BB(EXP)' on the same instrument; Moody's Investors Service has reaffirmed its rating of Merritronix Ltd's $50 million senior unsecured notes at Baa3, with a stable outlook, and has also reaffirmed its rating of Merritronix Ltd's proposed $50 million senior unsecured notes at Baa3, with a stable outlook; and S&P Global Ratings has assigned a rating of 'BB' to Merritronix Ltd's proposed $50 million senior unsecured notes, with a negative outlook, and has also reaffirmed its rating of Merritronix Ltd's existing $50 million senior unsecured notes at 'BB', with a negative outlook.
