Mahindra Logistics Ltd share price softened by 2.90% to Rs 371.4. The Company's net profit grew slightly 3.74% to Rs 28.87 crore, while revenue from operations improved marginally 4.62% to Rs 2095.43 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.
The market capitalization of Logistics Solution Provider industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 1.39 lakh crore, gaining 8.07%. It has eased by 6.88% over last one week and dropped by 8.31% in last one month while the market capitalization of Mahindra Logistics Ltd has slipped by 9.23% and 10.68% in the same period respectively.
Profit before tax (PBT) of Mahindra Logistics Ltd stood at Rs 40.3 crore in Q3 FY26, crashing by 844.92% year-on-year, and easing 3.17% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 116 crore, rallying 40.66% YoY and rising 9.42% sequentially.
Total expenses grew marginally by 4.50% to Rs 2048.05 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 122.0 crore, improving by 7.12% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations advanced 14.65% to Rs 6999.3 crore, while net profit plunged by 135.23% to Rs 10.57 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 31878% to Rs 359.34 crore, and PBT tumbled by 532.33% to Rs 33.16 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 253.61 crore in FY26, as against Rs 343.17 crore in FY25.
Mahindra Logistics Ltd inched up 2.55% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has reduced by 13.52% during the same period.
