Adani Energy Solutions Ltd share price slipped 2.94% to Rs 1326.0. The Company's net profit registered a growth of 10.30% to Rs 1363.92 crore, while revenue from operations slightly gained 3.75% to Rs 10075.54 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.

Profit before tax (PBT) of Adani Energy Solutions Ltd stood at Rs 1767.15 crore in Q3 FY26, surging by 136.99% year-on-year, and jumping 22.63% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 2937 crore, expanding by 38.68% YoY and rising 2.43% sequentially.
Total expenses inched up 3.94% to Rs 7575.4 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 289.83 crore, witnessing a strong rise of 27.14% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations grew 16.08% to Rs 27588.03 crore, while net profit jumped 159.60% to Rs 2392.75 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 779909% to Rs 8347.27 crore, and PBT witnessed a strong rise of 189.79% to Rs 3114.84 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 10996.68 crore in FY26, as against Rs 9044.51 crore in FY25.
Adani Energy Solutions Ltd rallied 41.70% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 12.69% during the same period.
