Pramod Deshpande resigns as Independent Director from Arihant Superstructures Limited and related entities

Arihant Superstructures Limited announced that Pramod Deshpande has resigned as an Independent Director, effective October 22, 2026, due to personal reasons and commitments. Consequently, Deshpande will also cease to be Chairperson of the Nomination Remuneration Committee, a Member of the Audit Committee and Stakeholder Relationship Committee of Arihant Superstructures Limited, and an Independent Director of Arihant Gruhnirman Private Limited, Arihant Vatika Realty Private Limited, Arihant Aashiyana Private Limited, Dwellcons Private Limited, and Arihant Abode Limited.
