Shardacrop to review financial results at a board meeting on October 30, 2026

Shardacrop will hold a board meeting on Friday, October 30, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, the company said in a filing to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. The trading window for designated employees and connected persons will remain closed until November 2, 2026, as previously disclosed on September 28, 2026.
