Epic Energy allots shares to warrant holders after receiving Rs 150 million consideration

Epic Energy Limited announced the allotment of 400,000 equity shares of Rs 10 face value each to warrant holders on October 22, 2026, following the receipt of Rs 150 million in consideration and exercise of rights for conversion of an equal number of warrants initially allotted on a preferential basis on March 24, 2026. The allotment, made in dematerialized form, involved promoters Nikhil Champaklal Morsawala, Veena Nikhil Morsawala, and non-promoters Soleos Solar Energy Private Limited, Nikhil Vinod Pandya, Bhalchandra Ramrao Kadam, Rajeev Jagannath Anand, Sahil Raman Anand, Keki M. Mistry, and Sanjay Agarwal, who collectively held 3800,000 warrants, leaving 2468,668 warrants outstanding for conversion.
