Knowledge Marine seeks to reclassify promoter group members as 'Public' category

Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works Limited informed the BSE Limited and The National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its board of directors approved a request from several members of the promoter group, including Dinesh Kewalramani, Pankaj Gurbani, and Bharti Daswani, to reclassify from the ‘Promoters/Promoter group’ category to the ‘Public’ category, in accordance with Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015. The approval is subject to confirmation from the stock exchanges, and the company will comply with the necessary Listing Regulations.
