Noble Polymers Limited informed the BSE Limited that it has received a certificate dated October 1, 2026, from Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited, confirming the dematerialization of 200 equity shares via NSDL on September 22, 2026, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
