Omnitex Industries confirms securities dematerialization compliance with SEBI regulations

Omnitex Industries (India) Limited submitted a confirmation certificate dated October 3, 2026, received from Adroit Corporate Services Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, regarding the dematerialization of securities for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
