Fino Payments Bank Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, October 29, 2026, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the half year ended September 30, 2026 and Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. Trading window for dealing in listed equity shares of the bank by its Designated Persons and their immediate relatives has been closed from October 01, 2026 and shall remain closed till October 31, 2026.
