Shakti Press Ltd will hold a board meeting on October 26, 2026, to consider and evaluate a proposal for fund raising through instruments or securities such as a qualified institutional placement, private placement, preferential issue, or right issue, according to a regulatory filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange. Trading in the company's securities will be closed from October 24, 2026, until 48 hours after the board meeting’s outcome for directors, designated employees, insiders, and their immediate relatives.
