Sealmatic India to seek board approval for potential equity share issuance

Sealmatic India Limited, formerly known as Sealmatic India Pvt Ltd, will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, to consider a proposal for raising funds through the issuance of equity shares or convertible instruments to one or more persons, and to approve related actions including a notice to shareholders. The company’s trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the completion of the board meeting for approval of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended September 30, 2026.
