Pearl Global Industries Limited announced the incorporation of a subsidiary, Great Pearl Vietnam Global Limited, in Vietnam on October 20, 2026, with an initial investment of USD 1.2 million. The subsidiary, which operates in the apparels industry, will manufacture garments and provide garment processing services, and is 100% owned by Vin Pearl Global Vietnam Limited, a step-down subsidiary of Pearl Global Industries Limited.
