GOCL Corporation to merge with Hinduja National Power, shareholders to vote November 24

GOCL Corporation Limited will hold a meeting of its equity shareholders on November 24, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. (IST) via video conferencing or other audio visual means to approve the proposed Scheme of Merger by Absorption of Hinduja National Power Corporation Limited into GOCL Corporation Limited, as directed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Amaravati Bench. Shareholders will be able to cast their votes through electronic voting facilitated by KFin Technologies Limited, with a cut-off date of November 17, 2026, and voting available remotely from November 19 to November 23, 2026.
