Leela Palaces Hotels reports no Demat/Remat requests processed during the recent quarter

Leela Palaces Hotels & Resorts Limited, formerly known as Schloss Bangalore Limited, informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that KFIN Technologies Limited, the company’s registrar and share transfer agent, has confirmed that no Demat/Remat requests were processed during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
