Mohite Industries Limited’s board approved Spinning Unit sale, pending shareholder approval

Mohite Industries Limited announced that its board of directors approved the sale of its Spinning Unit and associated land, subject to shareholder approval via a special resolution. The company also approved shifting its registered office within the same Registrar of Companies jurisdiction, appointed Sachin Bidkar as Scrutiniser for a postal ballot, and selected Central Depository Services India Limited (CDSL) as the e-voting service provider. The cut-off date for determining member eligibility for the postal ballot is October 23, 2026, and the company noted that the transaction does not involve any related parties and is being undertaken outside a scheme of arrangement.
