EPL Limited’s board approved a request from Epsilon Bidco to change promoter status

EPL Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved a request from Epsilon Bidco Pte. Ltd. to be reclassified from the ‘promoter’ category to the ‘public’ category, as previously indicated in a filing on October 16, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 31A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
