Galaxy Agrico Exports Limited announced that Mr. Prashant Sudhir Khairnar resigned from the position of Managing Director, effective October 21, 2026, while remaining on the company’s board of directors, and appointed Mr. Gaurang Shah as Additional Director (Managing Director), also effective October 21, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
