Kiri Industries' subsidiary, ANDEMINA SpA, launches in Chile for mineral exploration and development

Kiri Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its wholly owned subsidiary, ANDEMINA SpA, has been incorporated in Chile with a capital of Thirty Million Chilean Pesos (CLP 30,000,000), and an initial subscribed and paid-up capital of one hundred thousand Chilean pesos (CLP 100,000), ANDEMINA SpA will be engaged in the exploration, development, extraction, processing, refining, and trading of minerals, ores, metals, and mining products.
