Unishire Urban Infra Limited announced that its board of directors appointed Mr. Nand Kishore Ray (DIN: 11626638) and Mr. Dheeraj Kumar (DIN: 11666616) as Additional (Executive & Non-Independent Director) and Additional (Executive Director) respectively, both effective October 21, 2026.
