Kilitch Drugs (India) Limited announced that Venkita Subramanian Rajan has resigned from his position as Non-Executive Independent Director, effective October 21, 2026, citing pre-occupation and other personal commitments. Consequently, Rajan will also cease to be the Chairman and/or Member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholder Relationship Committee of Kilitch Drugs (India) Limited.
