Kerala Ayurveda allotted shares to Katra Holding, partially settling a Rs 12.47 crore loan

Kerala Ayurveda Limited announced the allotment of 6,55,000 equity shares at a price of Rs 190.37 per share to Katra Holding Private Limited, a promoter group entity, partially adjusting an existing unsecured loan of Rs 12,46,92,350. The allotment increases the company’s paid-up equity share capital from Rs 12,99,50,850 divided into 1,29,95,085 shares to Rs 13,65,00,850 divided into 1,36,50,085 shares, and the shares will be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
