MTNL to convene a board meeting November 13 to review financial results

Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL) will hold a board meeting on Friday, November 13, 2026, to approve the unaudited reviewed financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, the company said in a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The trading window for the company’s shares has been closed from October 1, 2026, to November 15, 2026, MTNL stated.
