KS Smart Solutions plans a U.S. subsidiary with up to USD 510 initial investment

KS Smart Technologies Limited, formerly known as Soma Papers and Industries Limited, announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, KS Smart Solutions Private Limited, plans to incorporate a step-down subsidiary in the United States of America, subject to receipt of requisite approvals. The new U.S. entity, which will be 51% owned by KS Smart Solutions Private Limited, will operate in the technology and IT sector and support the company’s international expansion, with a proposed initial investment of up to USD 510.
