Evervie Health signed a deal with Elekta for ten LINAC systems valued at $11 to $15 million

Evervie Health Limited, formerly known as PVP Ventures Limited, announced it signed a Letter of Intent with Elekta Solutions AB of Sweden for the procurement of ten HARMONY linear accelerator (LINAC) systems, with a deal value expected to be between 11 to 15 million United States dollars, payable in Swedish krona. The systems will be operated by Evervie Health’s subsidiary, Optimus Oncology Private Limited, and the procurement is subject to execution of a definitive Purchase and License Agreement, approvals, financing, and contractual conditions. Additionally, Evervie Health launched its new official website, https://everviehealth.com, replacing the previous www.pvpglobal.com, effective October 20, 2026.
