PG Electroplast Limited will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. Trading window for the company's directors, key managerial personnel, designated persons, and their immediate relatives will be closed from October 1, 2026, to October 29, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
