Avalon Technologies forms Indian subsidiary, Zollner Avalon, for PCB assembly services

Avalon Technologies Limited has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Zollner Avalon Private Limited, on October 19, 2026, in India, according to a regulatory filing. Avalon will initially hold 100% of the subsidiary's equity, with Zollner subsequently subscribing to shares representing 51% of the issued and paid-up share capital, subject to conditions in a joint venture agreement. The new company will operate as a manufacturing and services platform for printed circuit board assembly and related services, and Avalon will initially subscribe to 9,800 equity shares with a total value of Rs 98,000.
