PDS Limited granted 18,750 equity shares to employees under its 2021 stock option plan

PDS Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 18,750 equity shares to employees of the company and its subsidiaries under the PDS Limited – Employee Stock Option Plan 2021 – Plan A, on October 20, 2026. Consequently, the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up capital increased to Rs 28,29,58,366, comprising 14,14,79,183 equity shares.
