Karnataka Bank allotted shares to employees exercising options under the 2018 stock scheme

Karnataka Bank Ltd. announced the allotment of 58,065 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each on October 19, 2026, to employees who exercised vested stock options under the KBL Stock Option Scheme 2018, as approved by the Managing Director & CEO.
