Mangal Credit and Fincorp allotted warrants valued at Rs 61.75 crore to promoters and a non-promoter

Mangal Credit and Fincorp Limited announced the allotment of 25,00,000 convertible equity warrants on a preferential basis to promoters Mr. Meghraj Sohanlal Jain, Mr. Hardik Meghraj Jain, Ms. Seema Ajit Jain, Ms. Indra Meghraj Jain, Ms. Ritu Jain and non-promoter Ms. Disha Jagdish Jain, at a price of Rs 247 per warrant, for a total consideration of Rs 61,75,00,000.
