Shareholders can participate in e-voting through Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) via www.evotingindia.com, the primary method, or through Riddhi Corporate Services Limited as a backup option for those with unregistered email or mobile numbers. First-time users of the CDSL platform must register using their Permanent Account Number (PAN) and verify their identity with dividend bank details, date of birth, or Member ID/Folio Number, then create a password for future use. Non-individual shareholders must register separately under the "Corporates" module and submit required documentation.
