Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited announced the appointment of Kundip S. Thakker as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective October 20, 2026, following a board meeting on October 19, 2026. Simultaneously, Pawan Lohiya will cease to be the CFO and KMP at the close of business hours on October 19, 2026, and will be redesignated as Deputy Chief Financial Officer, also effective October 20, 2026.
