Pioneer Embroideries Limited confirmed to the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that securities received from depository participants for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, were confirmed by its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA), and that the certificates have been mutilated and cancelled after verification by the depository participant.
