Zenith Steel Pipes submits certificate to Indian exchanges regarding share transfer agent

Zenith Steel Pipes & Industries Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that it is enclosing a certificate from M/s. Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd., its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
