LEAP India Limited will hold a board meeting on Monday, October 26, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, as informed in a letter dated September 25, 2026, which also closed the trading window for designated persons, immediate relatives, and other insiders from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
