Secur Credentials Limited to appeal NSE delisting order before Securities Appellate Tribunal

Secur Credentials Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its Board of Directors approved an appeal to be filed before the Securities Appellate Tribunal against an order dated October 9, 2026, passed by the Delisting Committee of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, authorizing Managing Director Ashish Ramesh Mahendrakar to handle the necessary legal proceedings.
