Sattrix Information Security confirms SEBI regulation not applicable for September quarter

Sattrix Information Security Limited, formerly known as Sattrix Information Security Private Limited, confirmed that Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is not applicable for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all shares are held in demat form and no rematerialisation or dematerialisation requests were received, according to a certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Bigshare Services Private Limited.
