Rare Earth Engineers postpones board meeting to October 22 to review quarterly results

Rare Earth Engineers Limited, formerly known as Midland Polymers Limited, has postponed and rescheduled its board meeting from October 17, 2026, to October 22, 2026, to approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, citing unforeseen circumstances. The company also noted that the trading window for equity shares has been closed from October 1, 2026, and will remain closed for forty-eight hours after the disclosure of the financial results to the stock exchange, for designated persons and their immediate relatives.
