Relic Technologies confirms securities dematerialization and stock exchange listing certification

Relic Technologies Limited informed the BSE Limited that it received a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, from Bigshare Services Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, confirming the dematerialization of securities and their listing on the stock exchange.
