Trident Lifeline receives Rs 47.88 million as warrants convert to equity shares

Trident Lifeline Limited announced the allotment of 24,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each to Vishal Bhupendra Halwawala upon the conversion of an equal number of warrants, receiving Rs 47,88,000 in the process, according to a filing with the BSE Limited on October 17, 2026. The allotment, which follows an earlier warrant issue price of Rs 266 per warrant, increases the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital to Rs 11,98,10,000, consisting of 11,98,1000 equity shares.
