Madala Holdings Limited, formerly SoftSol India Limited, announced that KFin Technologies Limited, acting as its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), has issued a confirmation certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
