63 moons technologies limited announced that its subsidiary, Ticker Limited, incorporated a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary, 63 Digital Asset Technologies Private Limited, in Mumbai, India, effective October 16, 2026. Ticker Limited will subscribe to the share capital of Rs 15,00,000, representing 100% of the paid-up share capital of 63 Digital Asset Technologies Private Limited, which will focus on developing computer software, applications, and technology solutions. The incorporation was approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on October 16, 2026.
