Engineers India Limited will hold a board meeting on October 30, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. The trading window for EIL securities has been closed from October 1, 2026, and will remain closed until November 1, 2026, and will re-open on November 2, 2026, in accordance with the company’s “Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information.”
