Amwill Healthcare Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on Friday, October 23, 2026, to approve the unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, and consider a declaration of an interim dividend to equity shareholders. The company’s trading window for designated persons, relatives, and insiders was closed from October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results, as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
